Aphex Twin is giving away an edit of the opening track from his forthcoming ‘Computer Controlled Acoustic Instruments’ album-collection-thingy which is out tomorrow via Warp Records.

We’ve had a sneak peak of the release and while there are some full tracks, like this one above, there’s also some very short pieces, just a few second long in fact – which makes you wonder why he’s bothering releasing them at all. I’m sure the world can live without a random 10 second drum roll, even if it is from Richard D. James.
