Somewhere in France a village is a missing its idiot.

Earlier today, French DJ Jay Style (no, we haven’t heard of him either) revealed his campaign to get votes for DJ Mag’s vacuous Top 100 DJs list by revealing a picture of himself ‘blacked up’ with a tagline “I’m Music’s Slave And I Love It”.

As you can imagine this hasn’t gone down particularly well, and quite rightly too, but to compound his and his team’s poor judgment, the subsequent apology that followed has gone down like a lead balloon.

Jay Style probably isn’t a racist but he certainly is a bit of a idiot.
