Monsieur Adi’s star continues to rise with his swashbuckling remix of Lana Del Rey’s ‘Summertime’. The Parisian transforms Del Rey’s emotional track into a full-on club track full of bellowing basslines, snappy drums and Adi’s clever vocal effects wizardry.

Monsieur Adi’s baroque inspired EP ‘Fire Fire Fire’ is getting a full release on February 20 – the EP will include 6 tracks, some of which have never been heard before, and will be released through his own imprint Technofavrik.
Foxes is the alias of Southhampton-born Louisa Rose Allen, she’s another ones of these 20-something singer songwriters; impossibly pretty, amazing voice and the ability to write swashbuckling leftfield pop songs at the drop of a hat, she’s about to release her debut EP via Neon Golds Records on 7-inch vinyl Jan 16 and digitally January 29.

We’ve been keeping an ear out for Pyramid Hall for a while now and everything he has sent over has been getting steadily better, but, his latest EP ‘Rising Day’ has taken a massive step forward in both quality and listenability. When we first came across his music it took a lot cues from films scores, with plenty of textures and soundscapes, but ‘Rising Day’ is firmly anchored his sound in the dance floor.
Finally a remix of Monsieur Adi’s ‘Fire, Fire, Fire’ that actually does the original justice and it comes from synthy disco merchants Visitor. This is so good, and even better it’s free.
Monsieur Adi protege Pyradmid sent us a load of tracks that he has been working on recently, and as you’d expect from the young producer has been a busy little bee experimenting with lots of tones, styles and tempos. But there were a couple that stood out for us straight away. ‘Dark City’ see’s him continue to inject some film score grandeur into a 4-on-the-floor beat and the results are stunning.
Monsieur Adi is releasing his new EP ‘The Fire Fire Fire’ in June it will feature 5 original tracks – one of them featuring vocals from Gary Go.
Pyramid is a young dude from Lyon, France, you may remember him from a few months ago when he bravely decided to remix Air’s ‘La Femme D’argent’, well he has just dropped his first EP the aptly named ‘The Hall’ on Monsieur Adi’s label Technofavrik.
