We’ve come across a new remix from the dark horse of french electro, Danger, who has done a remix of Black Devil Disco Club, and their track ‘In Doubt’ which we featured last week with the Mondkopf remix.

This is superb.

Nero are on fine form at the moment, they had a massive remix of N.E.R.D’s new track “Hypnotize” which of course is the first hip hop track Daft Punk have ever produced. They’ve also been nominated for the BBC sound of 2011. And to top that BBC Radio 1 presenter Zane Lowe has already crowned ‘Me and You’ his ‘Hottest Record in the World’ with Annie Mac and Nick Grimshaw naming it their ‘Weekend Anthem’.

Not too shabby for the London duo, and they duo are giving away the amazing “Danger” remix of their new tune, Danger is of course the dark horse of French electro and has done a great job with the track – giving it a electro re-rub – but keeping most of the dramatic dubstep edge.

Danger is the dark horse of French electro – this has been true thoughtout 2009 and 2010 – we hope this will change over the next few months. It certainly will with his fab mix of Nero’s new track “Me And You” which is out Juanuary 3rd 2011.

The original is a stadium dance track that flicks effortlessly between electro, dubstep and drum and bass. Stirring strings and warehouse drums combine to make a track everybit as good as their remix of N.E.R.D’s “Hypnotise”. Nero sound is a lot like a dubstep version of Sub Focus. They’re that good.

We’ve got a exclusive stream of the Danger remix – we’ll review the whole package a little closer to the release. Nero will be on tour in the US and Australia soon. With his debut album dropping early 2011 on Chase & Status’ MTA label. Cannot wait.

After a difficult week at HBF towers it’s good to get back to some credible music, and it comes via French electro producer Danger aka Frank Rivoire from Lyon, France.

Danger takes his music seriously and often tries to interprate visuals in his mind into music, and for his latest EP he said “I imagine myself walking down a dark alley, alone, while a group of cyberpunks dressed in a Madmax style stare at me, I see Harrison Ford investigating [from Blade Runner], and Maurice Dantec [science fiction writer].”

Spooky stuff, but this isn’t the first artist we have come across who take this creative path – Kavinsky is another Frenchist who tries to re-create his minds eye within a track – check this out.
