We first featured Blak Night last year with his ‘Hyde’ EP which we thought was one of the most original pieces of caustic electronic music we’d heard all year.
Were really warming to Feed Me’s unique blend of ‘step and his productions are just so tight, we’d even go as far as suggesting he sounds like a ‘step version of SebastiAn.

This week from Oki-ni mix series we have Bjujeria by Jahcoozi. Compiled and mixed by Robot Koch, Jahcoozi’s Berlin beat-maker, BRUJERIA is a mix of Jahcooz’s influences blended with a few of Robot Koch’s childhood favourites. As a result, James Blake, Jamie XX and Mount Kimbie meet John Coltrane, possibly for the first time ever.
The Figures are a new band from London, consisting of Jamie Blanco and James Delay, who are already getting some love from the always on the money TMS, their first track is ‘Velo’ and it’s a lovely summery slow-mo piece of disco, it’s beautiful, delicate and truly unique. We can see this making it on to a lot of mixtapes as an amazing intro track.
Aeroplane has just dropped his latest mixtape and it includes some choice cuts of disco goodness, listen out for a new remix from Moonlight Matters – which is sounding oh so good. And of course Rex The Dog’s remix of the new Aeroplane single ‘My Enemy’.
