Celebrating the release of their pseudo-comeback single, ‘Transient Program for Drums and Machinery’, 2 Many DJs (Soulwax) have created a special mix celebrating all things Yellow Magic Orchestra.

The mix is made up entirely of music linked to seminal electronic innovators according to the duo, “all members of Yellow Magic Orchestra were involved in one way or another, either as producer, writer or performer.”

We’re not entirely sure how the mix links to their new single – but to honest it doesn’t really matter; both their comeback single – and this mix – are well worth your time and money.

The band will be going on a European tour early next year, stopping off in both Manchester and London.
