In what could either be a stroke of genius or a colossal failure (ahem, Tron:Reconfigured) Disney has persuaded Rick Rubin to executively produce a Star Wars themed dance music compilation, called ‘Headspace’.
Admittedly, the list of collaborators is a bit all over the place, but – top of the bill for us is Breakbot and Royksopp and after that, well, it starts to look like a Las Vegas nightclub.
There are some interesting additions though, Flying Lotus is on there, as is ‘Harlem Shake’ bro Baauer – but after that it’s slim pickings and quite US-centric to be honest.
We’ll know more when the compilation drops on February 19 digitally.
