Swedish-Australian duo Say Lou Lou have had their new single ‘Everything We Touch‘ remixed by Toronto bass producer Nightizm, and we’ve got the exclusive first play.

Interestingly the remix isn’t actually a full-on bass remix but instead an organic piece of distorted pop with just a hint at the producer’s usual drop-induced productions. The resulting remix is dark and moody as it rides along on a bed of vinyl distortion, looping synths and the sister’s ethereal vocals which are layered against pitched backing vocals.

There’s a lot going but eventually once the remix does hit its stride it becomes really quite captivating.
