Yuksek’s newly formed label Partyfine has reached its sixth release with Belgium duo Villa taking the reigns with their third EP ‘If I‘.

Featuring François de Meyer on vocals, ‘If I‘ sees the Belgian duo combine the elements of indie, electro clash and psychedelia for a brooding slice of dark disco. It follows a similar path to their last single, as ‘If I’ is blessed with another catchy vocal instead of the duo relying on a naff throwaway vocal sample.

The only criticism we could level at ‘If I’ is the preview uploaded to Soundcloud has some swear words bleeped-out – we’re not sure whether they’ll be in the final retail version but they’re kinda jarring, and a bit unnecessary if we’re honest.
