Aeropop Records, Aeroplane’s newly established label, has just unveiled its latest release and it comes from unknown artist/or artists €urocrats, now we were led to be believed that Aeropop was exclusively the new home for new Aeroplane material – so is €urocrats a new alias for the disco man from Belgium?

Quite possibly – or it might be a collaboration between Vito and a man from Paris – not that their cryptic press release gives anything away, “€urocrats. An ancient and obscure order we don’t know much about. They gather in the European capitals where they compose odes to our crashing economies, using skills and techniques from other times. Their goal is to perpetuate a music that some might consider condemned to oblivion, by following ethic codes defined years ago.”

Right, ok.

Anyway the EP come with two originals (which do sound very Vito) and then remixes from Busy P, Strip Steve, Eliot Dub, and Fingerpaint.

Check out the entire release below which is out February 18 via Aeropop Records.

Aeopop Records are having a label showcase at XOYO tonight, with Aeroplane, Dimitri From Paris, Cosmonauts and Dubka.
