Oliver Huntemann in the mix

Oliver Huntemann is one Germany’s best electronic artists, but it almost didn’t happen for him because of a strict upbringing in the German countryside in Bremen - so strict was his upbringing he even ended up in the German Naval forces for six years.

His strict parents wanted a ” real and serious” eductation for him, so to calm their fears he enlisted in the German Navy, learning to be an electrician, but all the while he still had a burning desire to realise his musical ambitions.

Then acid-house invaded Germany in the 80′s Oliver realised what he wanted to do – become a DJ. He begun to buy and collect records from all over the world and hosted his own techno parties showcase his talents.

In 1995 he set up labels Confused and Dance Electric, allowing him to release his first album ‘Too many presents for one girl’ and his awarding-winning 2006 album ‘Fieber’.

Fieber was one of the best albums in 2006 with chart-topping hits likes ’37 Grad’ since then his musical career has gone from strength to strength with bookings all over the world.
