The superb Tocadisco first came to most people’s attentions during the electro house vogue several years back, with his huge remix of The Egg’s Walking Away – which was subsequently bastardised by one David Guetta. Luckily he showed he was far from a one-trick pony, slowly but surely carving out a name for himself as one of the best electro/techno DJs and producers going. He’s a huge deal in Europe, while his profile continues to rise on these shores.

With his new album TOCA 1280.FM out, we asked him to turn in a mix – and he’s turned out a chunky techno workout, reflecting the fact that he’s got upcoming bookings at Berlin’s legendary Tresor and Frankfurt’s Cocoon…

Pukkelpop Festival (Belgium).

What have you got coming up?
I’ve got my new album out on called TOCA 128.0 FM which is sounding great. Loads of new remixes for Wippenberg, Moguai, Toolroom Rec. and Bad Boy Bill due out soon. All on top of setting up my new label which is called TOCA45 Recordings.
