Maxime Firket was born 1983 in Liege, Belgium, during the early years of life he studied the rudiments of classical music and was educated as violoncellist.
As with most teenagers he started to explore different styles of music listeing to artists like Kraftwerk, Depeche Mode and Front 242.
He also became fascinated by the music coming out of Detroit in the 80′s which inspired to start DJ’ing.
In 2003 he decided to build his own studio and start producing his own material signing to Dirty Dancing in 2005, as Compuphonic.
His tracks are an intelligent mix of electro-house, tech-house and minimal sounds.
And the Belgium producer is back with yet another outstanding E.P Analog Sparkles.
It sees him flirt with a more upbeat tech-style which works very well with his classical background.
This is a re-release of his first ever E.P from 2005 and it still sounds great four years later.
We also have a collaboration with Compuphonics studio partner kolombo called ’Antimatter’.
